Ferdinandus Harnantoko,
acts as the Company's Audit Committee which is concurrently also served as an Independent Commissioner, and has 2 (two) members who are experts, they are Sugianto (member) former member of BPPKB accountants, and Hartono Djojo (members).

Sugianto,
had served periods as a Member of the Audit Committee since 2008. He has experience in finance and auditing more than 27 years. Sugianto finished his D4 mastering Accounting on the State College of Accounting in 1988, and a Master of Accounting (S2) at Trisakti University, Jakarta, in 2005.

Hartono Djojo,
also has joined the Audit Committee since period 2008. He has experience in finance and auditing for over 27 years also. Hartono Djojo graduated from the Academy of Accounting Jayabaya in 1984.
